Kido is a form of advanced spellcasting for shinigami combat. Nanao has mastered this ability, being able to cast multiple spells without the incantations (which if used with incantations, are much stronger than with summons by mind. The fact that Nanao can do this without losing a breath and still hold an intensely hostile power is something only a master can do) and can use spells up to level 81. Even if they are in ranks of lowest to greatest, Nanao is powerful enough to use a low level kido spell as a devastating attack.

BAKUDOU: Defensive & Restraining Kidou

Locks the target's arms behind their back and their legs together, as well as sealing their spiritual energy - which may not apply her in Zodion.

A forcefield that can deflect most physical and magical attacks from the outside, but is very easy to break from the inside.

The user concentrates spiritual energy in their fingertips or the tip of their zanpakutou, and draws a net in the air/over a surface. The net is then self-sustaining, unless the caster makes a conscious decision to end the spell. Fushibi is often used in conjunction with it to create an ambush weapon.

The caster holds their hand above the wound, and sends healing spiritual energy into the wound. The larger the wound, the more energy it takes to heal the wound. For instance, a small bruise or graze would take barely any effort at all, and a broken arm would take a lot of energy and a few hours of concentrated effort to heal.
